Online purchases made before 8:30 AM MDT on April 23 will not be eligible to participate in the promotion. In person gift card kiosk sales do not apply to this promotion. 

Your purchased card(s) and promotional card(s) will be available for pick up starting Saturday, April 25 at 10:30 a.m. from the CORE Information desk located on Level 2 of the shopping centre, between Swarovski and Pandora. Government issued photo ID matching the name on the order will be required to be presented at time of pick up to collect your order. Your order cannot be picked up by someone else nor can someone else pick up your order. We will hold your order for pick up until you are able to pick up your order. Only physical, original government issued photo ID will be accepted. Photocopies, photos, printouts, etc. of ID will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

CORE Information Desk Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Saturday | 10:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
• Sundays & Holidays | 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The CORE Information desk is closed for one hour daily from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Order name must match name on form of payment and valid government issued photo ID. VISA or MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment. In person gift card kiosk sales do not apply to this promotion and will not be elidable to receive a $20 bonus promotional gift card.

Order pick up begins at 10:30 AM MDT on April 25, 2026. Orders will not be available for pick up before this time. Orders will be available for pick up at the CORE Information desk, located on Level 2 of the centre. Government issued photo ID matching the name on the order must be presented upon pick-up to have your order released. Note, the CORE Information desk is closed daily from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for break. **

**Photos or photocopies of ID will not be accepted, must present physical and original, valid, government issued photo ID.

CORE Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
