We are currently seeking a high-performing Store Manager who is passionate about sales leadership, team development, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and knows how to inspire teams to consistently exceed expectations.

Position Overview
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.
You are an energetic and ambitious leader who is highly motivated by achieving results. You understand the importance of building strong teams, creating a positive performance culture, and delivering a premium customer experience every single day.
You will act as a brand ambassador for Boutique of Leathers & Open Road while ensuring the store consistently reflects our standards of excellence in presentation, service, merchandising, and profitability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales Leadership & Business Performance
- Drive store sales performance through strong leadership, coaching, and daily execution
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, conversion goals, and productivity expectations
- Lead from the sales floor by creating a high-energy, customer-first environment
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize business opportunities and profitability
- Monitor store performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for growth
- Inspire and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional results
- Build a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellenc
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop top retail talent
- Build a high-performing and highly engaged sales team
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- Foster a positive, motivating, and team-oriented work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching conversations
- Maintain open, honest, and professional communication with all team members
- Create a culture where employees feel empowered, supported, and motivated to succeed
Customer Experience Excellence
- Deliver an elevated and memorable customer experience that reflects our brand values
- Build authentic relationships with customers through product knowledge and personalized service
- Ensure every customer receives the “Boutique of Leathers Experience”
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards across the entire team
Operational & Store Management
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently executed
- Manage payroll, scheduling, reporting, inventory accuracy, and administrative responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory control while minimizing shortages and discrepancies
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, safe, and visually impactful
- Ensure all store equipment and operational tools are properly maintained
- Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational programs effectively
Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Ensure the store consistently reflects the Boutique of Leathers & Open Road brand image
- Lead merchandising execution, seasonal floor sets, promotional displays, and visual standards
- Coach staff on merchandise presentation and product knowledge
- Utilize windows and storefront displays to maximize customer engagement
- Complete markdowns, transfers, and merchandising tasks accurately and efficiently
- Promote and protect the integrity of the company brand and customer experience

Qualifications
- Previous retail management experience required
- Proven success in driving sales and achieving business targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and operational execution
- Fashion, leather, lifestyle, or motorcycle retail experience considered a strong asset
