An exceptional event is coming to The CORE this spring. On May 7, 2026, Hy’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar will host La Dolce Vita - an evening celebrating the best of Italian wine and cuisine.

From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., guests will enjoy a curated tasting experience featuring premium selections from Tuscany’s world-renowned Castello Banfi, paired with Italian-inspired hors d’oeuvres and a signature carvery showcasing Canada Prime beef.

Presented in partnership with Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, the evening will also support the John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship, benefiting students pursuing careers in Culinary and Hospitality Arts.
