Christmas has already arrived at The Core this year! To get you into the Holiday spirit, we have some exciting events planned to spread a little Christmas cheer!

Christmas Tree:

A Core staple is our 49ft Christmas tree! Big, bright, and visible from all floors, this tree will be the perfect back drop for all your Christmas shopping selfies! The Christmas tree will also be a backdrop for our many Christmas performances, but, more on that later.

Santa:

You heard it here! Santa Clause IS coming to town! You won’t be able to sit on his lap, but you will still be able to take a photo with him and tell him what you want for Christmas! Santa will be available to take photographs with you and your family on November 26 (Black Friday) from 12PM - 5PM, November 27 & 28 from 12PM - 5PM, December 4 & 5; 11 &12; 18 & 19 from 12PM - 5PM! Photos will be free, but we will be taking donations to send to The Mustard Seed.

Christmas Performances:

"The best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loud for all to hear!" Buddy the elf was on to something, and we intend to do just that! We have a great line up of performers that will be entertaining us through our lunch hours throughout December! DJ Joanna Magik, Chinook Country Line Dancers, Occasional Notes, Calgary Fiddlers, McDonald Wilson Dance Academy will all be performing, dates are subject to change so make sure you’re keeping an eye on our website so you don’t miss out!

Gift Wrapping:

Spend every moment you can with family this holiday, eave the rest to us! Guest Services is happy to provide complimentary gift wrapping this year so that you can buy your gifts and have them wrapped all before you even get home! This year, any donations recieved will be sent to the Mustard Seed.

We are very excited about all the fun events taking place at The Core throughout the Christmas season, but we’re not done yet! Be sure to keep an eye on our website as we release information, promotions and even more holiday events!
