Where to purchase a CORE Gift Card?
CORE Gift Cards are available in-person at the self-serve CORE Gift Card Kiosk located on Level 2 between Swarovski and Pandora or online at thecore.cardfront.net. Shipping is available for a fee via Canada Post and Fedex.
How long does it take to process an online gift card purchase?
Gift card purchases may take up to three business days to process. This does not including shipping times which are determined by the courier. The CORE cannot guarantee Canada Post or Fedex delivery times and is not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information or misdirection.
Can gift cards be returned or exchanged?
CORE Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.
What happens if the card is not used?
The funds on the Gift Card don't expire, however, the card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please call customer service at 1.800.988.6844. While the funds on the Gift Card do not expire, a $2.50 monthly fee will be deducted from the card starting 16 months after the activation date. See Cardholder Agreement for more details.
Can gift cards be sent to another person?
Gift cards valued under $150.00 can may be shipped to someone other than the purchaser. Orders over $150.00 must be shipped to purchaser.
How to check the balance on the gift card?
Call 1-800-755-8608 or view online at getmybalance.com.
What happens if the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Notify us at corecustomerservice@cushwake.com as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the gift card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the gift card at any time. Replacement cards will be issued in the amount of the available balance at time when replacement is issued.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
Payments via Interact Debit, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX are accepted in-person, only VISA and MasterCard are accepted for online purchases.

CORE Gift Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit issuer or agency.
